Pacific Empire Builders works with the client and design team to review the constructability of the project and to provide feedback regarding material selection and construction details that will reduce costs while maintaining the desired aesthetic and quality objectives. Value engineering begins in the design phase and then continues throughout the life of the project. Planning/Scheduling: Time is money. Our project managers and superintendents develop a project critical path method schedule early in the conceptual design stage. Once approved by the client, this schedule becomes the baseline project schedule used throughout construction to monitor progress. Careful planning and scheduling prior to construction commencement is critical to delivering projects on time to meet our clients development goals.
